Tina approaches every project with passion and discipline, which is the reason many companies consider her a proven go-to. Before launching Pure Impact, Tina made her mark in helping prominent global companies make theirs.
Just before the creation of Pure Impact, Tina served as Director at Credit Suisse, where she established and ran a 20-person Global Client Technology Department that was a catalyst for technology innovation around client experience, AUM growth through technology services, and cultivating partnerships with top STEM universities. During this time, Tina also led a program to restructure IT and delivered over $75 million in sustained cost savings.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Tina worked with Deloitte Consulting for 10 years, leading clients through the full transformation lifecycle from early-stage concept through to strategy, design, implementation and optimization. She worked extensively in North America, Europe, and Asia, earning credibility as a hands-on leader and trusted advisor. During her time with Deloitte, Tina was a frequent speaker at events and conferences, and author of articles and publications on topics including strategy execution, operational excellence, creating a high performing culture, sustainable cost management and merger-integration strategies.
Tina is an active member of the New York philanthropic community—supporting City Harvest as a Generation Harvest Board Co-Chair and functioning as a hands-on advisor to other non-profit organizations.
Tina was born in Toronto, Canada and now calls New York City home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science from Queens University Canada as a merit-based four-year scholarship recipient. When she isn’t meeting with clients or leading a new initiative, she’s putting miles on her running shoes for charity, mentoring Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and enjoying the New York City food scene – she’s a regular in the city’s many incredible restaurants and an avid supporter of local chefs. Tina also loves to travel. She has been to 37 countries and counting and speaks conversational Arabic.
